Wait or Pay is a UK-based healthcare information service. We provide information and personalised reports to help NHS patients understand their waiting times and options. We are not a medical service, healthcare provider, or regulated financial adviser.
The Action Plan is an information product. It provides personalised data, analysis, and guidance based on publicly available NHS data and your intake information. It is not medical advice. Always consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your treatment.
NHS waiting time data is sourced from NHS England RTT publications and is typically 6-8 weeks behind the current date. Private provider information, scan prices, and consultant fees are estimates based on publicly available sources and may vary. We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate but cannot guarantee it reflects current availability or pricing.
The Action Plan costs £19 (one-time payment). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital products. However, by purchasing and receiving your Action Plan you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost upon delivery of the digital content. If you have not received your Action Plan within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at hello@waitorpay.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.
Wait or Pay provides information only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our reports, any changes to NHS waiting times after your Action Plan is generated, any rejection of referrals or scans by NHS providers, or any costs incurred acting on our guidance. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Action Plan (£19).
Your Action Plan is for your personal use only. You may share it with your GP, consultant, or family members. You may not reproduce, resell, or publish it commercially.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
