• Your full postcode (e.g. CM3 4DD) to find your nearest providers and NHS data
• Your condition and treatment stage to personalise your results
• Your email address and name, if you ask us to email you your dashboard link
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe, never stored by us

How we use your data

• To generate your personalised NHS waiting time results
• To email you your dashboard link, if you ask us to
• To send follow-up emails about your dashboard (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To improve our service using anonymised, aggregated usage data
• If you message us through the contact form, we use the email you give only to reply to your message, and we do not keep the message

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data under the following legal bases (UK GDPR):

• Legitimate interests: generating and delivering the free dashboard you asked for

Data retention

We retain purchase records for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Intake data (postcode, condition, stage) is retained for 12 months then deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@waitorpay.co.uk.
